Bielers Broth

Bieler’s Broth

Ingredients: Green – Green – Green (all organic if possible)

Celery
Parsley
Carrots (with tops)
Beets (with tops)
Sweet potato (peeled ¼ in)
Russet potato (peeled ¼ in)
Zucchini squash (peeled ¼ in)
Jerusalem artichoke (chopped and washed)

Brown Onion (chopped)
Red Onion (chopped)
Cilantro (chopped)
Chives
Garlic

  1. Chop everything. (Chop celery ½ in or less to eliminate stringiness) You want to keep the green tops of everything, as this provides essential and trace minerals for your body.

  2. Place everything in a stainless steel pot. (Do NOT use aluminum or copper cookware.)

  3. Cover everything with water (distilled or CLEAN Filtered) and simmer slowly until everything is very thoroughly cooked.

  4. Strain this mixture, and keep the broth. (This is the part you want) Add Braggs Liquid Amino Acids.

  5. Add Coconut Milk to this broth to make a creamy soup.

For Variety on this, and to suit to your own taste, add cayenne pepper, ginger, herbs, etc.

For weak persons, or the infirm, strain this mix add coconut oil, flax oil, or olive oil. It can be reheated, and add a table spoon of oil to this mix.

For persons wanting a hardy soup, place everything in a blender and blend to a very creamy consistency.
